Strictly non-smoking not even in garden. Town tourist tax of 3 €/person/day from March to Nov. payable on arrival. 1 m. thick walls: very cool in summer.

The space
The studio is a space of approximately 25 M2. With a full kitchen with microwave and a bathroom with shower. The bedroom and the kitchen/living room are two separate areas. But with no door in between. It is ideal for a couple, but with a child there is no privacy. There is a small private garden with lake view. A table for 3 allows to eat outside. The private parking is attached to the house. The street is a small cobbled road with transit of residents’ cars only. So it’s very quiet. The lake and the center, with restaurants and shops, are about 5 minutes by foot downhill and 10-12 minutes uphill. With a baby stroll the road is not very easy, being cobbled. There is a washing machine exclusively for the guests in the adjacent courtyard of the hosts Maria and Fabio
